Zumba are a well-known fitness classes all around the world. Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries. Zumba is a fun and effective workout system that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic Latin and International music. Each class there are 11-12 songs/dances, from which 2-3 are for warm-up, then 6-7 Salsa, Marengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton style dances incorporating fitness moves – squats, jumps, lunges, arm toning movements and last 1-2 dances are for cool-down and muscle stretching.
